I love life!

I’m open, fun and adventurous with a child-like curiosity to experience new things and interact with different people and cultures.

I love traveling and meeting new people.

I am single. I love children, but I do not have any.

I have many interests… traveling, exploring, health and fitness, reading, cooking, movies, music and community service.

I love both video and photography.

Everyday, I live my life with love, joy, peace and expectancy.

Ed Sheeran, Andrea Bocelli, Enrique Iglesias, Pit Bull and Adele are some of my favorite artists. I like any music that touches my heart.

I read at least one new book every week.

I especially like books that teach me how to be a better person.

Some of my favorite books are the Bible, Disrupt You by Jay Samit, Loving What Is by Byron Katie, The Tongue – A Creative Force by Charles Capps and A Bug Free Mind by Andy Shaw.

International Real Estate Wholesaling is one of the sub-cultures of the real estate industry that very few people know anything about. Most people have never heard of this sub-culture until they get involved and then…they fall in love with it.

I buy single-family homes, multi-family apartments, manufactured housing, mobile home parks, motels, self-storage facilities and land.

I have two primary specialties…

My first specialty is Acquisitions. I buy properties in select cities all over the world. I then sell some of these properties to individuals who are part of my Inner Circle. I’ve been doing this for many years. It’s easy for me to find great deals.  I am able to acquire properties the average person can never find unless they are part of the inner circle of this very specialized sub-culture.

My second specialty is Raising Capital for Acquisitions. I have developed an Inner Circle of Private Lenders from all over the world. My Inner Circle of Private Lenders have totally eliminated the need for me to ever deal with traditional lenders. Private Lenders are wonderful. They provide a quick, simple and safe way to fund real estate transactions all over the world. My buyers, my sellers and my private lenders love being part of my Inner Circle. They love participating in this very unique subculture of International Wholesaling.

I am so fortunate to be part of this subculture.   I enjoy every day of my life.   Lots of fun for everyone involved. People all over the world are making their dreams come true and creating generational wealth for themselves and their families.

My love for flying has taken me all over the world, starting as a Navy pilot and culminating in my dream job… as an Airbus Captain flying the Airbus for US Airways. US Airways has now merged with American Airlines.

When you are with me, there is never a dull moment. You will never ever be bored when you are with me.
